When I was fifteen I was sort of in the X-Men fandom. Like, I had watched the first movie and become obsessed but I didn’t remember anything about it and thought Rogue had some sort of acid powers. Plus the internet was dial-up, so I only could find out like, one fact a day. So I’d be a really uninformed fan who reblog every story she comes across with shocked tags, like ‘MAGNETO HAS KIDS?!? Are they related to Rogue? Is that why the guy has white hair??’

I can do this! I’ve got LOTS of great traits!
1. I’m a pretty great older sister. Beloved by my younger siblings. There when they need me. Only minorly obnoxious about it.
2. I’m darn good looking, and the start of laugh lines is not lessening that.
3. I know a lot of cool facts. You should ask me about random things. I am full of information.
4. My hair is super easy to care for and still looks nice. One brush and I’m good to go!
5. I comment on fic a lot, which I think is important.

I’ve read a couple books. i read one about the history of wonder woman and another about the history of comics in general. it went through all of the ages and explained some notable characteristics of them. both of them had a lot of pictures and neither were super long. tbh if i just find something with that info, I should be good

Sorry for taking so long. My dash is out of control and it takes weeks to see posts sometimes.
I read pretty much everything available a decade and a half ago, before my library started buying comics, because I was so desperate for superheroes that I’d read ANYTHING that mentioned them. I think the first three general books were all pretty good, if I remember correctly. Maybe googling the names will give you a familiar cover?
